The Challenge:
Provide project management, equipment coordination, engineering, pile driving, heavy lifting and transportation services for the expansion of the Irving Oil Refinery.
Our Solution:
Irving Equipment marshaled all of its experience, knowledge and skills to successfully execute this large, complex heavy industrial project. All told, we coordinated more than 1,700 tools and pieces of equipment, and our skilled workers completed the following:
- Oversaw the utilization and maintenance on all non operated equipment
- Provided for all day to day crane and transportation requirements
- Drove 3400 concrete piles
- Drove 4000 steel piles
- Drove 150,000 square feet of sheet pile
- Erected 10,000 tons of steel
- Engineered and performed 200 separate heavy lifts
